Why we exist

You were never
short on ability.

We transform capable graduates into the professionals that industry is genuinely looking for — and we stay with them until they are hired.

Every year, capable graduates enter a job market that was never designed to receive them. The shortfall is never ability — it is the industry alignment, the working vocabulary, the professional judgement and the behavioural readiness that employers quietly screen for, and that no curriculum ever taught.

That gap is not a verdict. It is a distance. And distance is something you can measure, and close.

We do both.

The model

We help you

  • screen.
  • gap map.
  • develop.
  • validate.
  • place.

One platform carries you through all five stages — from your baseline assessment to your final coaching call. Nothing is scattered. Nothing is repeated. Everything builds.

Where we stand

Checkable claims,
not adjectives.

Everything here is something you can hold us to. When we have placement data, it will appear here with the methodology attached.

5

Pipeline stages

Screen through Place, in sequence.

8

Disciplines

Each with its own domain track, not a shared curriculum.

110 minutes

Your baseline assessment

A personalised score before a single module runs.

The method

Five stages, one transformation.

01

Screen

Know where you actually stand.

Before anything else runs, you take a structured baseline assessment across your technical knowledge, professional readiness, and workplace behaviour. The result is a personalised score that tells you — and us — exactly where you are starting from. No assumptions. No guessing.

02

Gap Map

See precisely what needs to change.

Your baseline score is measured against what employers in your target sector actually require. The output is a personalised gap report — domain by domain, not as one vague number — showing the exact distance between where you are today and where you need to be. This report drives everything that follows.

03

Develop

Close the gap, deliberately.

Structured technical and professional training built around your gap report — not a generic syllabus. Curated modules, live sessions with practising industry experts, and professional skills coaching, all sequenced in the order your gaps say to close them.

04

Validate

Prove you are ready.

Formal assessments, recorded mock interviews with written feedback, a professionally built CV, and a LinkedIn profile written for the role you are actually applying to. By the end of this stage, your readiness is documented — not just claimed.

05

Place

Move from ready to hired.

Access to curated job listings across local and international portals, salary benchmarking so you know what to ask for, and one-to-one career coaching through every application until you have an offer in hand.

Inside the programme

Built like the job, not like a syllabus.

Every part of the programme — your modules, your live sessions, your assessments, your coaching, your placement support — connects to everything else. What you learn in week three shapes what your coach focuses on in week seven. Your gap report drives your module sequence. Your mock interview feedback feeds your CV. Nothing is disconnected. Nothing is wasted.

  • An engineer's hand working a simulation model on a touchscreen display01

    Technical domain tracks

Core knowledge rebuilt around what industry actually specifies — not what the university happened to examine.

  • Three engineers reading test data from a laptop at a workbench02

    SME expert sessions

Live sessions with practising industry experts who are currently doing the work — not academics who have studied it.

  • An engineer presenting at a whiteboard to colleagues seated around a meeting table03

    Professional communication

The language, documentation, and presentation habits that separate a capable professional from one who gets noticed — and promoted.

  • Engineer testing a wiring assembly at a laboratory workbench04

    Assessment & validation

Formal, benchmarked assessments that prove your readiness on paper — so what you claim on your CV is something you can actually demonstrate.

  • A candidate and an interviewer talking across a small table by a window05

    Interview preparation

Mock interviews recorded, reviewed and repeated until the answers are yours rather than rehearsed.

  • Engineers in hard hats and high-visibility vests walking through a switchgear hall06

    Placement & benchmarking

Job portals, salary benchmarking, and a coach who tells you when an offer is below your market.

Included in every plan

What every
candidate gets.

Eight things arrive with any plan you choose. What the plans change is how far past these we take you — never whether you get them.

  • Candidate profile

Background, discipline and target role captured once, so everything the platform recommends afterwards is yours rather than generic.

  • Gap analysis report

Your baseline score set against the benchmark for the role you are aiming at, broken down domain by domain rather than given as one number.

  • Learning modules

Structured modules sequenced from that report — case studies, video, schematics and assessments, in the order the gap says to close them.

  • CV and LinkedIn build

An ATS-ready CV in PDF and DOCX, and a LinkedIn profile written for the role you are actually applying to.

  • Interview preparation

Technical and HR interviews recorded on video, with written feedback from the evaluator who reviewed them.

  • Job portal access

Access to leading job portals, filtered to your discipline and the roles you are ready for based on your baseline assessment and gap closure report.

  • Industry salary benchmarking

Salary intelligence reports to help you benchmark against sector and location expectations — so you know what to ask for before anyone asks you.

  • SME network access

Practitioner-led coaching and mentoring sessions from industry experts who are currently doing the work your programme is preparing you for.

Who this is for

Final-year students and early-to-mid career professionals who already have the academic foundation — and need the industry alignment that leading employers actually demand.

The range

Eight disciplines.
One pipeline.

Because the gap is the same everywhere — only the benchmark changes.

Drag the sphere.

Before you ask

The questions we get most.

01Is this only for final-year students?

No. Roughly half our intake is early-to-mid career — engineers two to six years in who have hit a ceiling that has nothing to do with their ability. The pipeline is the same; the baseline it starts from is not.

02Do you guarantee placement?

We do not, and you should be wary of anyone in this sector who does. What we commit to is the Place stage: portal access, salary benchmarking, a prepared CV and LinkedIn profile, and one-to-one coaching through the process.

03How soon can I start?

At your discipline's next intake. Screening, gap reporting, the domain tracks and the coaching all run now — apply or message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the date and where you stand.
