Before you ask

The questions we get most.

01Is this only for final-year students?

No. Roughly half our intake is early-to-mid career — engineers two to six years in who have hit a ceiling that has nothing to do with their ability. The pipeline is the same; the baseline it starts from is not.

02Do you guarantee placement?

We do not, and you should be wary of anyone in this sector who does. What we commit to is the Place stage: portal access, salary benchmarking, a prepared CV and LinkedIn profile, and one-to-one coaching through the process.

03How soon can I start?

At your discipline's next intake. Screening, gap reporting, the domain tracks and the coaching all run now — apply or message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the date and where you stand.

More detail

The rest of it,
answered.

The questions that come after the first three — how the programme actually runs week to week, and what you are left holding at the end.

How it runs

How much time does it take each week?

Four to six hours for most candidates. Live SME sessions are scheduled and recorded; the module work is yours to pace. The five stages are set out on the home page, including what each one asks of you.

Is it online, in person, or both?

Online by default, so where you live does not decide what you can access. Sessions, mock interviews and coaching run over video; assessments and modules run in the workspace. Where a sector genuinely needs a site visit, we say so before you enrol rather than after.

Can I start if I am already working?

Yes, and roughly half our intake is. The pipeline does not assume you are free during the day. What changes for a working candidate is the pace, never which stages you run.

What actually happens in the Screen stage?

You sit the baseline assessment for your discipline. It measures what you can do against what industry currently specifies — not against your marksheet — and it produces the gap report everything downstream is built from.

Do I have to pick a plan before I register?

No, and we would rather you did not. Register, get your baseline and your gap report, then choose. Picking a plan before you know the size of the gap is choosing in the dark.

Cost, proof and outcome

What does it cost?

Three plans, priced per discipline and stage of career. Registration and the baseline assessment cost nothing, and the gap report is yours to keep whether or not you continue.

What do I hold at the end?

A validated movement from your starting baseline score, a prepared CV and LinkedIn profile, a portfolio of assessed work, and your mock interview record. The programme is judged on where candidates land, not on hours attended.

Will an employer recognise the certificate?

It is issued against the same competency framework our SME network uses to specify the tracks, and it reports movement from a measured baseline rather than attendance. That is the part a hiring manager can actually read.

What if the programme is not right for me?

We will tell you so. The Screen stage exists partly to find that out, and a straight no costs you nothing beyond the few minutes it took to register.

Do you work with employers directly?

Yes — graduate induction cohorts, targeted upskilling and pre-hire benchmarking, measured against the same baseline assessment and reported back with the evidence.
