TRANSFORMMI is a professional upskilling company. We exist for one specific candidate: the engineering or science graduate with real ability and no route into the rooms where the work happens.
Why we exist
The premise
Every year, thousands of capable engineers graduate with strong fundamentals and are filtered out of the process before anyone reads past the first line of their CV. The shortfall is never ability. It is the industry alignment, the working vocabulary, the portfolio and the professional judgement that employers quietly screen for, and that no curriculum ever set out to teach.
That gap is learnable. It is also measurable, which matters more — because a gap you can measure is a gap you can close deliberately, and prove you have closed.
Your institution sets your starting point. It does not set your ceiling.
How we work

Measure before we teach
Nobody joins a generic curriculum. Every candidate is screened first, scored, and given a gap report — because a programme that starts before it has measured you is selling content, not transformation.

Built backwards from the job
Our modules are specified from what industry actually asks for, not from what a university happened to examine. Practising subject matter experts set the content and review the work.

Judged on placement, not attendance
Hours logged are not an outcome. We hold ourselves to where candidates land, which is why the baseline score exists and why our reporting is built around it.

Honest about what we control
We prepare candidates, open doors and coach through the process. We do not guarantee offers, and we say so before you pay rather than after.
