Nothing on this site is a promise of a job, an interview, a salary or an employer. The programme prepares candidates and supports them through the Place stage; it does not place them by right, and no part of this website should be read as saying otherwise.

Career outcomes depend on the market, the sector, the role, the timing and the candidate. We control our part of that and nothing else. Be wary of anyone in this sector who tells you differently.

No cohort has completed the programme, so we have not published placement rates, salary figures or graduate counts. Any such figure attributed to TRANSFORMMI did not come from us.

The rules we will count by are set out below, published before there is any result they could flatter. Counting rules stated in advance are the only ones worth trusting afterwards, and these do not move.

Everyone who enrolled counts. The denominator is every candidate who enrolled and started the Screen stage — not only those who completed, and not only those who wanted to be featured.

Placement means a signed offer: accepted, written, with a start date. An interview, a referral or a verbal is not a placement and will not be reported as one.

Salary is reported as a range — median and quartiles for the cohort — never as a single best case presented as typical.

Non-placements are reported too: how many did not place, and what we understood about why. A page that shows only successes is an advertisement, not a result.

Pricing is provisional

Programme prices shown on this site are under review and may change. The price that governs an enrolment is the one shown at the point of payment, and a later change never applies retrospectively to an enrolment already paid for.
