The method

Five stages,
one transformation.

Nobody skips a stage and nobody starts in the middle. The order is the method: you cannot close a gap you have not measured, and you cannot place a candidate you have not certified.

Where this sits

  1. Screen
  2. Gap
  3. Develop
  4. Certify
  5. Place

Screen

Establish the baseline.

Assess current knowledge and estimate baseline potential through the Current Estimated Potential scoring engine.

Gap Identify

Map the delta.

Map the precise distance between where a candidate stands today and where industry needs them to be, as a personalised gap analysis.

Develop

Close it, deliberately.

Structured technical and professional training through curated modules, SME expert lectures, live sessions and immersive learning tools.

Certify

Prove the competency.

Validate capability through formal assessments and mock interviews, then build the professional CV and LinkedIn profile to match.

Place

Land the role.

Connect candidates to employment through local and global job portals, salary benchmarking and one-to-one career coaching.

Why it is five stages

Nothing about this
is accidental.

A career does not come together by luck, and it does not come together all at once. Each stage is a deliberate cut: measure, then map, then close, then prove, then place. Run them out of order and you get a candidate who is confident about the wrong things.

The pieces were always there. The order is what we add.

Rebuilt by design.

The measurement

Current Estimated
Potential.

A single score, built from three separately measured components, taken before the programme starts and again as it runs. Everything downstream is derived from it.

One score, three measured parts

  1. 01

    Technical

Domain knowledge for your discipline, assessed against what the sector currently specifies rather than what your syllabus covered.

  2. 02

    Analytical

Reasoning, calculation and scenario interpretation — reading a situation you have not seen before and arriving somewhere defensible.

  3. 03

    Professional

Communication, documentation and workplace judgement. The part employers screen hardest for and nobody grades at university.

The weighting differs by discipline and target role, and the version used is stored with every score — so a result from today can still be explained after the model changes.

What you leave with

Every stage ends
in something you keep.

A stage you cannot show the result of has not happened. Each one closes on an artefact — yours, and portable whether or not you carry on to the next.

  1. 01

A CEP score, with its workings

Your Current Estimated Potential and the components it was built from, rather than a single number handed down without explanation.

  2. 02

    A written gap report

That score set against the benchmark for the role you are aiming at, broken down domain by domain instead of given as one verdict.

  3. 03

    A completed training record

The modules the report told you to close, in the order it told you to close them, with the assessments that show you did.

  4. 04

Certification, a CV and a profile

Formal assessment results, an ATS-ready CV in PDF and DOCX, and a LinkedIn profile written for the role you are actually applying to.

  5. 05

    Practice and live openings

Recorded mock interviews with written feedback from the evaluator who sat opposite you, salary benchmarking, and curated postings filtered to your discipline.

What it asks of you

The method works
if you do.

Everything above is what we run. This is the half that is yours, stated here rather than discovered in week three.

  1. 01

    Take the live sessions

Attend, or take the recording — but take it. The sessions carry the questions, and the answers, that the modules on their own do not.

  2. 02

    Submit on the dates given

Assessments are marked the way they would be marked at work. That cuts both ways: the standard is real, and so is the deadline.

  3. 03

    Sit the mock interviews

Including the ones that go badly, which are the useful ones. Feedback is only worth having if the recording it came from was honest.

  4. 04

    Do the applying

We open the doors, benchmark the salary and coach you through the conversation. We do not walk through it for you, and you should be wary of anyone who says they will.

How far you go

Same five stages.
Three depths.

Nobody gets a shorter pipeline and nobody starts in the middle. What a plan changes is how far through it we take you, and how much one-to-one time you get on the way.

  • Basic

    Foundation

    3months

Your starting point — the CEP assessment, the gap report and core learning access, before you commit further.

  • Standard

    Transformation

    6months

Tailored, mentored and interview-ready. This is the plan the programme was designed around.

  • Premium

    Complete placement

    12months

Everything, from the CEP assessment through to offer acceptance, with active support on live applications.

Next step

Stage one starts
with a score.

Registration opens the Screen stage. You get a Current Estimated Potential score and a gap report before you commit to anything further.
